Online Student Grievance Procedure and Professional Licensure Disclosure

Online students have the same rights to resolve grievances as those students attending class on campus.  If an online student has a grievance which they have not been able to resolve informally then they are shall follow the same as any other SBC student.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the College level, all students can contact the North Dakota University System (NDUS), State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) Portal Agency.

If a complaint cannot be resolved at the state level, a student may contact SBC's accreditation body. SBC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, a commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
