Graduation Clearance Procedure at 糖心vlog蜜桃

Each graduate of 糖心vlog蜜桃, who successfully completes the study process, shall clear his/her obligations with the following divisions of the University no later than five working days before the scheduled diploma award day:

糖心vlog蜜桃 Library;
糖心vlog蜜桃 Dormitories Centre;
糖心vlog蜜桃 International Relations Office;
糖心vlog蜜桃 Department of Student Services and Career;
Administration of the core academic unit (faculty).

You can follow the status of your settlement with the University鈥檚 departments by logging into the eStudent environment at , in the section Student Settlement with the University (Studies -> Students Settlement with the University).

Library

Graduates must settle accounts with the University Library for borrowed library publications and equipment. The fully-settled University graduate is considered a student who:

has not any financial debts (fines) (the fines up to 2 EUR are automatically cancelled);
has returned all borrowed publications,
has returned all borrowed library equipment (headphones, charging cables for mobile devices and keys of individual study rooms and workrooms).

The settlement of students is automatically recorded in the 鈥淪tudents Settlement With the University鈥� application.

Students who report the fact of payment in the system to of your academic unit (faculty) no later than five working days before the scheduled diploma granting day.

All publications borrowed by students can be returned in all 糖心vlog蜜桃 library units.

Dormitories Centre

Graduates must settle with Dormitory Centre for dormitory rental services provided to them. The fully-settled University graduate is considered a student, who has no financial debts (fines) for the dormitory accommodation rental services provided to him/her.

We would like to note that for students who do not currently have any debts (fines) to the Dormitory Centre, settlements are automatically recorded in the Student Settlement with the University application.

Students who have not settled with the Dormitory Centre must liquidate their existing debts (fines). After the liquidation of the debts (fines) with the Dormitory Centre, the fact of payment by the student will be recorded in the Student Settlement with the University application by the employees of the Dormitory Centre no later than five working days before the scheduled diploma award day.

International Relations Office

Students who have participated in the exchange programme in the last two years have to settle with the University鈥檚 International Relations Office (TRS). For students who have already settled with TRS or did not participate in the Erasmus exchange programme, the settlement in the Student Settlement with the University application will be automatically recorded no later than five working days before the scheduled diploma award day.

Graduates who have participated in the exchange programme have to contact Mrs. Vyten臈 Jankauskien臈, International Relations Manager (e-mail: ). Please indicate:

your name and surname;
student ID number provided by University;
faculty.

Department of Student Services and Career

Students who have gone on an Erasmus internship during their academic years have to settle with the Department of Student Services and Career (SPKS). For students who have settled with the SPKS or did not participate in the Erasmus internship programme the settlement in the Student Settlement with the University application will be automatically recorded no later than five working days before the scheduled diploma award day.
